Yesterday I decided to do a painting a day. Not an original idea by any means, there are more than a few artists doing this. But I figure it's a good way to exorcise my demons. You know, the bile-colored critic; the baby-shit yellow coward; the crooked-toothed, pumpkin squash-your-ideas monster... to name a few. Kaboom! Outta here! Oh yeah. I'm going to lighten up, have fun, paint for the simple pleasure of it. So, I'm waving to you folks on the dock... my skiff is taking off.Day 1 image: "The Hose"
